Yes. Setting up one rate alert is completely free. We create a free account with your email so you can log in and manage it. No credit card is required.

Your target rate is the interest rate you'd like to refinance to. Once a variable home loan on the market reaches or drops below that rate, we'll email you with the details.

We take the difference between your current rate and your target rate, then multiply it by your loan amount. This gives an indicative annual interest saving. Exit fees and application fees are not included.
